High Performance Unit

The Illawarra division of Football NSW (FNSW) has designed their Pathway program in conjunction  with the High Performance Unit of FNSW. These Pathway Programs define the development steps necessary for players aged 6-14 years. Football NSW have specialised programs for the formative years in the four (4) key development stages.

These include the pre-Academy Program, Junior Development Program and the Senior Development Program. Successful players then graduate to the National Pathway through programs such as  NSWIS, AIS, A-League Clubs and National representation in the U/17, U/20, Olympics and Socceroos/Matildas
